RETURNS

 

You can return your products up to 14 days after receiving them. Please send us an email first and inlcude a note in the package with your name, order number and, if u wish to exchange, the desired size.

RETURN PROCESS (STEP BY STEP)

1. Pack the product gently in the originally packaging (if u dont have it, use a waterproof package that isn't transparent). 

 REMEMBER! The product must be unworn and tags still attached. 

2. Choose your return method. Let us know when the shipment has been done. 

3. You will find out when the package has arrived with us via a confirmation email and we will carefully examine the condition of the product.
